HARUKA FUKAGAWA <3

This handsome yet somewhat overactingly hilarious guy first makes his big appearance in the anime's 3rd episode. He unhesitatingly hugs Risa when he bumps into her somewhere in the street. It is then known that he is actually Risa's old neighbor and childhood friend. Apparently, Haruka-san here ~~wasn't able to defend himself~~ back then from bullies and Risa was the one who stood up for him. And eversince the said experience, he had perceived Risa as his 'hero[ine]'.

Later in the series, one would think Haruka is quite annoying and all because he somehow tries to stand in between Risa and Atsushi because of his professed love for the series' main female lead. Why, he even told Risa that he wouldn't give her up that easily and that when he gathers enough courage to ask her to be his girlfriend, she should be ready with an answer.

Haruka is still quite the character even though he tends to get into people's nerves a lot. But I'm sure almost all of the LoveCom fans have seen his good side and that he is actually a caring person amidst his bubbly attitude. I mean, he shows a lot of respect for Risa and would willingly do anything for her[it's too bad for Haruka, but Risa's heart belongs to Atsushi].
